“to be blythe…” pronounced blithe from the Old English bliþe… "happy, joyful, lighthearted."

Hello YOU!

Thank you so much for being here today. I'm Charlotte and I strive to be blythe!

I'm a yoga teacher, massage therapist & energy worker. I’m officially 300+ hours YTT trained. Unofficially, many hours have gone into my self practice and personal well being.

be blythe is a virtual and physical community that creates space for individual support, group immersion in nature, earthly connection and healing.  I can’t wait to share the journey with you.

In 2010 I suffered a huge personal loss, crushing everything I thought to be true. She was 11 months old. Her name was Blythe.

Since then, I have been guided towards the ever-unfolding and healing powers of gratitude, fasting, breath work, yoga, cold water immersion - wild swimming, meditation and massage.

These disciplines have slowly become daily practice, as surely as waves break upon the shore. They become a choice. An inner voice. An intention that grows and guides how we show up in the world.

In 2020, my father and I decided to tackle his physical well-being. Dad turned 75 that year, struggled with movement and was resigned to a limited way of living. We embarked on a 30-day challenge of movement.

After a few months of daily dedication, Dad got his mobility and his mojo back. Since then he's been on adventures to the Peak District to watch sunrises and recently rode 440 miles across Europe!

The idea of creating a safe space to share my practice has been bubbling for years, it's a way to honour my Blythe too. It’s an acknowledgment that it's okay to be lost, to grieve, to seek acceptance, strength and comfort. I survived a storm by showing up for myself and swimming in the sea - and I believe you can too.

Together, let's open the doors to your potential and reclaim your inner nature...

Join me on this adventure!

All my love Charlotte x

I was feeling lost, disconnected. Charlotte's energy led me to take steps towards finding a way to let go of the past and be open to change”.
